Will you be there to see Stéphane Lambiel skate to Simply Red’s “Holding Back The Years”? You can do – at Art on Ice 2012 in Zurich and Lausanne!
Art on Ice is much more than a figure-skating gala: it is THE spectacle on ice – and a perfect demonstration of teamwork by the world’s best figure skaters, music stars, dancers and acrobats. Last year Art on Ice delighted around 70,000 spectators in the Hallenstadion Zurich alone.

This year, too, eminent guests are expected: we have the honour to present Mick Hucknall, founder, singer, heart and soul of Simply Red. We have him to thank for immortal memories, not to mention a few tears as well as immortal songs of which “Holding Back The Years” is just one. Also joining him this year are Dionne Bromfield, child prodigy Emily Bear and the Swiss shooting stars TinkaBelle.

Stéphane Lambiel heads the stars on the ice, namely world champion Miki Ando and European champions Sarah Meier and Florent Amodio. Delighting you with their pair-skating skills will be figure skating world champions Aljona Savchenko and Robin Szolkowy as well as their great rivals Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov. This year’s ice-dancing couples are Isabelle Delobel and Olivier Schoenfelder plus Elena Ilinykh and Nikita Katsalapov.
